Facilitated cross-functional alignment to drive enterprise transformation — defining strategic initiatives, governance structures, and execution plans across a 100+ employee operations group.
Context
A Fortune 100 client's operations group — spanning 100+ employees across 5 distinct functions — lacked a unified strategic direction for the coming fiscal year. Siloed planning processes had led to misaligned priorities and duplicated effort across functions.
My Role
I facilitated the end-to-end strategic planning process to define FY20 initiatives across the operations group, aligning leadership on priorities and establishing a governance structure for execution.
This work included designing and leading a series of strategic planning workshops that surfaced pain points, prioritized key initiatives, and built cross-functional consensus. I created templates for strategic initiative documentation, consolidated inputs from 5 functional workstreams, and synthesized the findings into a coherent transformation roadmap.
The resulting plan established shared strategic objectives, clear accountability, and a governance structure that the operations group could execute against with confidence — a foundation for meaningful organizational change.
