About
I work at the intersection of business strategy, emerging technology, and organizational change. I help leaders and teams decide what is worth pursuing, make the opportunity concrete, and carry useful work into practice.
I have always been drawn to understanding how things work and how they could work better. That instinct led me into enterprise technology consulting, where I learned that a useful solution has to account for the people and constraints around it.
At Deloitte, I helped launch the Houston Next-Generation Greenhouse and worked on data strategy, risk analytics, and operations work for large organizations. That experience taught me how to move between an executive discussion, a customer problem, and the details needed to make an idea real.
Today, my work spans enterprise solution consulting at Lucid and practical technology advisory through Conversint. The thread is the same: find the real problem, build something practical, and make sure it actually gets used.

Technology should help operators make progress, not add another layer of complexity. The most useful work starts with the operating context and the people closest to it.
I am interested in emerging technology when it changes what a team can accomplish. Sometimes that means AI, sometimes it means a prototype or a better process, and sometimes it means bringing the right people into the same conversation.
The work is complete when an organization can use the result, not when a presentation or prototype is finished.
Outside work
Based in Houston, TX. Outside of work I run, follow technology closely, and read across economics, philosophy, and religion. Time with family and volunteering at church are an important reset.
